## 6. Advertising and Analytics Partners
We use the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API on this website.
When you visit our site or submit an enquiry, we share information with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, including your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view, and actions you take such as sending us an enquiry. Where you have provided them, we also share hashed (encrypted) versions of your name, email address and telephone number, so that Meta can match your activity to a Facebook or Instagram account.
We use this to measure how our advertising performs and to show you relevant ads.
Meta acts as an independent controller for some of this processing, which means Meta decides how it uses that data for its own purposes as well as ours. You can control how Meta uses information about your activity on other websites through your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and through Meta's Off-Facebook Activity tool.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site.
We rely on your consent for advertising and analytics processing. You can withdraw that consent at any time through the cookie settings on this website, or by using the controls offered by Meta and Google directly.
## 7. International Transfers
Some of our service providers process your data outside the United Kingdom, including in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United States and Canada. This includes Shopify, Meta, Spoks and Twilio SendGrid, and our manufacturing partners in Spain.
Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
